The company Castle Inn Lydford Limited - We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time. Please be aware that our menu is cooked to order and during peak times there may be an additional wait on orders through our click and collect system. The system may be temporary suspended at any time. PAYMENT: * We accept payment by the following card types: Maestro UK, MasterCard, Visa Debit and Visa Credit. * We are not responsible for any fees charges imposed by a 3rd party or bank for processing your transaction or refund in relation to your click and collect order * All orders must be paid for at the time the order is placed. CANCELLATION POLICY: All orders must be cancelled giving a minimum of 60 minutes notice of the scheduled collection time. If orders are cancelled within 60 minutes of the delivery time no refunds will be given. Event Terms & Conditions In these Terms & Conditions, the “Organiser”, “Us”, “Our”, or “We” means The Castle Inn Lydford Ltd and “Event” shall mean the event, exhibition or show printed on this ticket. Tickets to this Event are issued on behalf of the Organiser Castle Inn Lydford Ltd and are subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. No admission will be allowed to the Event without a valid ticket or pass. 2. All tickets or passes should be checked on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. 3. If the Event is rescheduled, changed, moved or cancelled the Organiser cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services or compensation. 4. Defaced or altered tickets or passes will become void and the holder will be refused admission. 5. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If we have reason to believe that tickets have been re-sold, they will be invalidated, and the holder will be refused admission. 6. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of the Organiser. 7. Neither the Organiser nor the venue operator will be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury howsoever caused unless (i) the relevant party has breached its legal obligations; and (ii) such loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of the breach. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser will not be responsible for the actions of any third party, including, but not limited to, the exhibitors. 8. The Organiser does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event. 9. Visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the Event by the Organiser and our trusted sponsors and partners. 10. It is a condition of your admission to the Event that no commercial (non-private) use may be made by you of the Event or any part of it. 11. Visitors are not permitted to bring animals to the Event with the exception of guide, assistance and hearing dogs. 12. Please check Event details, timings and car park charges prior to travelling as these may be subject to change. 13. Please check your route prior to travelling to ensure you arrive on time. The Organiser is not responsible for any delays due to travel disruptions. 14. Every effort will be made to admit latecomers at a suitable break in performances, but admission cannot always be guaranteed. 15. The relevant United Kingdom law will apply to these Terms and Conditions and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions 16. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by a 3rd party or bank for processing your transaction. Refund Policy 1. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. 2. If the Event is rescheduled or moved, the Organiser will give you the options of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location. If the Event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or a refund on your tickets. Please note that any Booking Fees and/or Transaction Fees are not refundable in these circumstances. 3. The Organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of any part of the Event in circumstances beyond its reasonable control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange tickets. 4. There are no refunds for bad weather (at indoor or outdoor events).


We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
When you place an order via the app you will be required to provide us with your name, email address, and your payment information. Your contact details will be used for payment verification and feedback requests only.


We may refund part or all of your order where: * 1) items that you have ordered through the click and collect service are not available * 2) proof of ‘failure to deliver’ can be substantiated * 3) you have contacted us within 5 hours of the delivery time and brought your issue or concern to our attention. * All orders are subject to availability. * If the products are of unsatisfactory quality, misdescribed or incomplete you may return the item, at which time we will offer a replacement or a refund. * You should therefore check your order at the time of collection before leaving the store as no exchanges or refunds will be made for missing items or inadequate quantities once the products have left the store after collection. * No exchanges or refunds will be made as a result of the quality of the products deteriorating due to you missing your selected collection time, or for loss or normal deterioration of the products occurring after the products are collected. * Refunds will be only be given in the same method as the order was paid.


Any age restricted products will require the customer to show a valid proof of ID to prove the customers age is 18 year +.
